Role: Data Manager

Location: Home based

We are currently seeking to recruit a Data Manager to join our Data Management department.

You are an experienced Data Manager with a strong background in Clinical Research who is passionate about drug development and seeking a challenging and rewarding career in a process focussed role. You will be looking to move into a fast-paced Phase I environment, setting up and maintaining clinical studies within Oracle InForm.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide support to the Senior Data Manager for your assigned studies. As part of the study team you may be requested to produce study metrics and tracking spreadsheets on a regular basis, and provide study updates to the team as required.

You will hold a degree in any science subject or equivalent experience within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organisation. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and have the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines with minimal support from management.

You are team focused and can motivate other members of the project team to meet timelines and project goals.

Role: Clinical Research Associate 2

Location: Home based

We are looking for a CRA II, with experience in pre-study visits, Site Initiation, monitoring clinical trials and close-out of investigator sites, working on complex studies. Previous experience working as an intermediate-level CRA is essential.

You must possess strong trial and site management skills, previous experience with oversight of investigator sites as well as experience in recruiting of sites is a plus. You have a very clear communication style, can communicate effectively across different countries and cultures and well as different levels in the organization.  You will have solid planning and time management skills and strong attention to detail.

Experience in oncology and rare and orphan therapeutic areas is preferred. As a CRA, you will enjoy working independently and as well as within the clinical team to meet project milestones and deadlines. You possess strong communication and organizational skills to manage sites and maintain high quality standards. You are personable and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues across different functional groups.

You have the proven skills to hunt for new business and develop the relationships required to grow existing accounts. The desire to close business with a win is paramount!

As this role is at a distance from many others in the team and has a wide geographical territory, you are be able to relate well and communicate clearly and successfully with people at all levels, across cultures/countries and have the flexibility to work well as part of a team or on your own.

The right person for this role will use your skills and understanding of the marketplace to help us expand our existing presence in your territory, and make a major contribution to a company that is gearing itself for significant growth.
